Residents planning the partial closure of Hampton where it intersects with Grant Road to relieve the cut-through traffic which has increased since the development of the Grant/Euclid intersection. 
The Jefferson Park, SAMOS, and Mountain Avenue neighborhoods  work with the city of Tucson's Office of Integrated Planning to protect and enhance the neighborhood boundaries during the widening of Grant Road. Jefferson Park will lose 23 contributing properties to the Historic district...

JEFFERSON PARK WALK or BIKE LOOPS Jefferson Park is on its  way to creating a 1.3 mile walking loop around the perimeter.  The Park Ave enhanced bike/walking project, the existing Mountain and Campbell Avenue walkways,mark the north south options. The  soon to be created Elm Enhanced Corridor and the new Grant Road Corridor Project can provide  the east west connections...
