Colleen Nichols, Executive Vice President
Colleen has been a resident since 1977.  This retired educator and school administrator has served as President, Vice President and secretary. Because of her notification process and with the cooperation of the TPD Red Tag Unit and the UofA, unruly gatherings are declining.  She also completed a  renovation of her residence without losing the contributing status, so she has become familiar with the "ins and outs" of working with the City of Tucson's permitting system.      cnichols17@cox.net
